The terms of service is an agreement between the service (Crom) and the user (you). When using the service on any supported platform, you must abide by the terms of service.

Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service on any platform. If you're found to be younger, your access will be terminated.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service in a way that actively makes the experience worse for others. Don't try to intentionally disrupt or damage the service. Don't use the service to harass individuals or marginalized groups.

Only use the official API to access the service using automated methods.

Your content

Some parts of the service allow you to share your content with others. You still own the copyright to your content and can choose to do anything to want with it.

You also give the service the right to store, copy, use, modify, and distribute any content posted on the service. This right applies even after you delete your account.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account on the website at any time. This is an irrecoverable action.

Some content may still be available after your account is deleted. Any content reports relating to your account or content made from yout account may remain after the account is deleted, to prevent abuse.

Penalties

The service reserves the right to terminate your use of the service or delete your account at any time; either for breaking these terms of service or any other reason not included in these terms.

Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.

The service makes no guarantees about availability, correctness, or reliability.

Changes

For any material changes to these terms, you will be notified on this website thirty days before the changes are applied.
